First of all you need the software for the connection.
Navigate to the teamview homepage here - http://www.teamviewer.com/index.aspx and click on the button and select the option "Join a Session"



This will take you to the download for the main program, save this to your desktop. Once it is finished it will look like this



Now double click on the tool to run it. Once it is running you will be presented with a user ID and password screen.
Make note of both of these and let the other person will be using remote connection for your computer. Once the other user has both then the remote connection will start.



Once the session is finished teamviewer will close. You will be presented witrh an extra window which you can also close.
